Took only 1 week. Applied online, took an online assessment test, and the next day got a phone call for a screening interview. Then had a user interview with 2 team leads for 30 mins at the store.

Why we should hire you? If I asked somebody about you, what would they tell about you?
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
