Interview
Applied online. First step was online assessment consisting of 3 minor english tests (vocabulary, grammar and reading comprehension) 2 logical tests and 1 pressure tests. I thought the tests were easier in comparison to other online assessment tests. Next step was assessment day at HQ consisting of company presentation, group interview and group case test, short individual interview and written assignments. Next step was a online personality test. Final step was a longer personal interview.

After applying online I recieved an invitation to do some online tests. Next step was an Assessment day att Stockholm HQ. Had an introduction about H&M before being dividend into groups. The day continued with a written, basic case, a group interview and a short personal interview. The order depended on which group you were in. Had plenty of time to talk to previous trainees as well. Final step after the Assessment day was a personal interview (2x45 min).

Did not pass the assessment day. Candidates who passed the assessment day would be invited to the final interview round.

Interview
It includes 3 parts: personal interview, group case and individual test. For individual test, it is a written test with 2 long questions (1 case and 1 personal question: see yourself in next future). For group case, it includes 3 cases. For personal interview, it focuses on your personality and leadership experience.
