Interview
There are more stages of interviews. First is audio interview. Person is asked many questions about the company, his personal life and his ambitions. The next stage is playing interview, where you are asked to show your abilities based on games provided. for end there is maybe additional interview, depends on number of qualified candidates.

Questions are all difficult or unexpected because there is no wright or wrong answer. You have to be creative with answers and surprise them.

Interview
The selection process was a standard interview selection process (including a assessment test with other candidates). In my opinion, the acceptance process seemed highly selective due to the program's benefits.
CV submission and then online test. The test is about your working style and sort of IQ. The online test was something quite unique. Prepare good internet connection because there is not enough time.

İt was pretty good. Questions were easy. I have very good experiences for this job so it wasnt difficult for both of us. We checked my resume. They told me about their history, way of work, needs of the position. After 1 wee they called me back and I started the work. Team was excelent. But the HR manager is awful.
