Interview
It was a group interview with many people. Quite a new experience because they had us illustrate our interests and go around the table to talk about them. We then had to look at the H&M values in groups of 3s and come up with things to change or implement to better apply them. The final step was to go in the shop floor and act as a retail assistant; a lady approached me and I am pretty sure that she was an off-duty employee, I suppose they were seeing whether we would help even though we were not employees yet (I just got the hiring manager to help her which got me hired)

"Tell us about yourself, what are your interests?"
Group interview, was really engaging, listened to a presentation. Also did activities where we were being assessed was a very different way of being interviewed and was enjoyable and engaging.
It wasn't really an interview as it was an open walk in interview and it was with a group of other people. They gave us a paper with some questions and personal information to fill in.
Interview involved asking simple questions on past retail experiences, what i did on the job, strengths and weaknesses. Interviewer was casual and friendly, nothing too serious. Overall more like a casual conversation than serious interview.
