The Primark interview process was pretty relaxed and straightforward. It usually started with a group interview where everyone did a few simple activities together, like introducing themselves and doing a teamwork task. The staff made it feel welcoming and not too intimidating, which helped calm the nerves.
After that, there was a short one to one interview. The questions were mostly about availability, customer service, and how you would handle basic situations on the shop floor. They weren’t trying to catch anyone out and seemed more interested in your attitude and willingness to work as part of a team than having loads of experience.
Overall, the process felt friendly and fair. As long as you were polite, confident, and showed you were reliable and good with people, it felt like you had a good chance.
"The interview process went smoothly and I felt confident in my answers. I made sure to mention my customer service experience and I felt I connected well with both the interviewers and the other candidates in the group."
Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
Ok nothing crazy they just asked me who you are and why do you want the job. Besides that nothing else. Smooth process too. And also you had to come prepared to tour around the area with the hiring manager and he would ask you questions about what would you do in x scenario
