First video-recorded interview (only 2 tries though, which seems a bit strict, and only 2 minutes) with basic HR questions, then a panel interview. Hiring manager felt like they were looking for a unicorn SW-worker, that could do everything at once, but overall we had a nice conversation. They promised to come back to me within 1 week which turned into 3+ weeks, requesting another interview, but by that time I got another offer. A friend of mine also had a similar experience with the disorganized hiring process at Grundfos, but they got ghosted after the interview, not even receiving a proper rejection.
