Interview
First you must have a interview with human resources, after with the general manager, and after that with your inmediatly supervisor.
Human resources is the same like everywhere, but general manager go deeper and really try to know you better. The direct supervisor was very gently and make easy question about your other experiences, your weeknes, and your better skills.

Interview
HR not interested in contacting candidates, also has communication issues and trying to get too hard into candidate's personal details. Additionally, says they do not have the time to call the candidate. Not flexible enough to schedule a time for an interview by writing an email to the candidate.
Interview process was completely virtual - I thought the process went OK at best. I didn't get invited for a 3rd interview and received no response after a few follow ups which was disheartening. At least let prospects know when they are removed from the group of candidates!

The interview was friendly and smooth. The hr person was very professional. The CSC manager and director participated in the interview. You start introducing yourself. Then they begin assessing your personality through various questions about your background and previous experience as well as a situation related reaction.
