Fair and reasonable, with focus on competency and intrapersonal skills. Thoughtful questions about past transactional experience were asked, with opportunity to elaborate on lessons learned from both successful and failed deals.

Very friendly and thorough interviews. 1 phone interview with the recruiting team, followed by an interview with the HR Director, then a third interview with the rest of the team I would be working with.
