Greenberg Traurig interview questions

When I was contacted by HR, it took nearly a week to schedule a single interview. Once the interview was scheduled, the questions were not tailored to the position, and it was clear they hadn't read my resume. There were zero questions asked about prior research concerning Texas policy matters, and there was only a single question related to prior legislative research. The interviewers seemed uninterested throughout the interview, and it ended thirty minutes early. To top it off, I was informed of my rejection through an automated email.

One of the worst interviews ever. They found it acceptable to ask someone to be available to one partner who liked to begin work before 5:30am and also maintain the other partner who was known to work until 11pm. Mentioned the former employee in the position had, “a hard time explaining the demand to her partner and she left because of those problems,” while I was having a hard time explaining them to myself! Just not a company for me.
