Interview
Applied to the Las Vegas offices directly and received a call back for an in-person interview in Baltimore (where I was studying at the time).
Met with 2 partners (one female; one male).
Had a 20-30 minute conversation w/ each.
Confidence is key! Didn't get the position. The recruiter accidently let me know that that one of the partners liked me and the other did not. I'm pretty sure it was because I was extremely nervous w/ the male partner (it was my first big interview).

The screener interview was in a Zoom format and lasted for approximately thirty minutes. Half of the questions were about my background and resume, while half of the time was devoted to my own questions.

Interview
Completed a screener interview, which I was connected to through pre-OCI at my law school. The school set up the times/ video chat. Provided interviewer names beforehand, conducted research through the GT website and LinkedIn.
Just a standard screener with two partners at the firm. Very nice people and really sold me the idea that the firm has great culture and collegiality. Because it was a screener, it wasn't much behavioral questions but just general tell me about yourself and why GT.
