It was not difficult if you are an experienced hire. Basically you are interviewed by the department that needs the paralegal. You will speak to shareholders and HR personnel.

First stage is application submission. Once accepted I was invited to a first stage interview with an Associate and a Senior Paralegal. Then a second stage interview with a Partner and a HR representative.

It was very simple. I was hired immediately due to the fact that they were short staffed. The HR manager and the admin interviewed me. I have a brief moment in speaking with the attorneys.
