Telephone interview, psych online test could be done at home pretty simple, then called again and spoke more then asked to come in for first interview internally with People and culture, manager,. Then called again kept you hanging on then called again and asked to come in for a second interview with partner, people and culture person and another manager went for an hour, the partner kept babbling on could have been alot shorter, People and culture person just let partner babble on after a while was quite repetitive

2 rounds interview one with Team lead another with director it was not that difficult it was easy they asked all about your background and about your skill sets you have.

Interview
There was an initial call with the Employer Recruiter followed by a call with HR. A meeting was them arranged for the Partners in the local office. I was offered a position on the same day.
