I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Reno, NV) in Oct 2012
Interview
Very typical interview on campus. It felt like the recruiter had a list of questions and asked the same thing every time so it wasn't very personal. It lasted about 20 minutes. I didn't feel they were really interested to get to know a person. I was one of the last people interviewed so maybe the recruiter was just tired. The atmosphere was pretty friendly.
Very friendly and they tell you what they really are looking for in a candidate. There were a few stages of interview I did before I was interviewed with the manager that I will work with.

Interview
Causal but the interviewer was so inattentive, rumbled all the time, just look around everywhere but didn’t look at you, he just want to finish the interview as soon as possible. Even did say goodbye to you
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Grant Thornton in Jan 2020
Interview
First I got an Internal referral, followed by an e-mail application, and then 2 on 1 interview with some personality test. the interview process was casual but they do ask a lot of questions so be prepared and stay confident.
