I applied online. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Applied online to multiple UX Research positions at multiple locations, had an internal referral, and only passed the online exam. The questions were very easy, mainly about working style and work ethic. I studied Google values before starting the exam, took approximately 90 minutes I think maybe shorter. They are really helpful and accommodating during the process
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Google
Interview
3 process interview - first round with recruiter, second round was a screen interview call with hiring manager, and then an onsite interview with a panel followed by individual one on one interviews

Question 1
What would you do differently if you had more or less time?
Which methods would you use to do the study again?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
had online test, telephone screen, first round (checks if I meet technical requirements), main day (5 interviews) and team matching. All tests were increasing in difficulty. I would suggest practicing mock interviews with google employees and friends so that you are well prepared and do not drag the answers.
