What is your favorite Google product? What would you do to improve it?
I submitted my resume first, then HR called and asked some culture fit questions, then moved on to the phone screen interview with a senior project manager. Didn't make it to the next stage.
Various coding and infrastructure problems with 5 different interviewers. Solutions were whiteboarded. Interviewers asked good questions to drill deeper on complexity. Some problems were easy and well-defined. The hardest problems were more open-ended.
