Google Recruiter interview questions

The interview process with Google was very structured, the questions asked was filled with a mixed of both hypothetical and behavioural questions. We were encouraged to ensure we asked clarifying questions before answering objectively. I enjoyed the process overall.

My recruiter was great, but the final panel/onsite was not a great experience. Questions were bizarre and not relevant to the job, and interviewers, despite being recruiters, were cold. I don't think it's the best way to gage someone's skills.
