1st round: Phone interview, If passed, goes to the 2nd round.
2nd round: onsite interview with ~5 interviewers.
Normally internal hiring committee would discuss at this point to make a decision whether making an offer or reject.
Sometimes there could be 1 or 2 more interviews added if the HC did not feel the interview feedback was sufficient.

Question 1
Q: Give me an example of a conflict you had with someone at work, and how you dealt with it.
Started with a recruiter call, in which the whole recruitment process was clearly explained with mentioning the minimal expected salary. Around one week later a 1-hour call with hiring manager with technical questions, situational questions and questions on motivations.

Interview
Straightforward. One day - 4 interviews for cultural fit, role knowledge, leadership and cognitive ability. Each of the four people interviewed for two of these areas. This was pre-covid, so it may be virtual now, but mine were in person.
