Google Program Manager interview questions

I applied for a role which got filled, got interviewed for another role that wasn't a great fit as the hiring manager liked my resume. I was told that I cleared the interviews but there were other candidates who were more suitable for the role, duh! I was encouraged to reach out if I found matching roles but the recruiter has stopped responding ever since. Pretty f'ed up recruiting process, my results will be kept for a year apparently, yay!

HR screening, peer interview then group interview, HR POC was very professional, peer interview was very week , I don't think it's an effective selection process as all of a sudden this one-person interview became the key driver of the next steps in interview process.
