Google Program Manager interview questions

A VERY long process. About 8 months from the very initial call with a recruiter to the job offer. Google explains the recruiting process pretty well on their website. After the initial call with the recruiter, there were a couple of 30-minute calls with Hiring managers (neither were a good fit). Then recruiter scheduled a 45-minute call with a senior Program manager - to determine the fit and level on the PgM job ladder. After a positive result from that interview, I was scheduled for the "on Site" interview for GCA, RRK, Googliness/Leadership and PgM fundamentals. about 1-1.5 weeks later, I got feedback that they are ready to match me to a team. I had 4 team match calls (30-minute calls with hiring managers to see if the job is mutually a good fit). The team match process took about 2 months. The 4th team match was the right fit and they moved onto the hiring committee approval then the offer negotiations.

- Very long process - Mix of hypothetical and behavioral questions - The recruiter kept me informed of next steps - but again the process is extremely slow to lead to an offer.
