The process was super quick: from initial screening to interviews all done within weeks.
The recruiter support was the best I have ever experienced. She kept me updated along the way, offered calls in between interviews to provide feedback and gave me detailed actionable feedback at the end of the process.
The interviews on the other hand, were one of a kind. The interviewers never introduced themselves and went right into questions. They asked very vague open ended questions to understand how you think. They told me asking questions was welcomed but it was mentioned at the end that it did not look positive on my end. They suggest you take the time to write down thoughts after a question before you present. I interviewed with people located in the US only for a position in Ireland so all chats were scheduled at night. After my second interview, they decided to offer the job to another candidate and cancel my last interview as having another interview would've negatively impact my future chances.
While the interview process was positive, the feedback I received in the end change this perception. I was told they almost never hire someone on their first try, to wait 6 months before applying again, and that the last interview was cancelled to prevent adding more information to my internal profile (which would ve been negative in the long run).
