I had an interview at Google as part of their internal innovation accelerator, where they look for entrepreneurial leaders to spearhead new ventures from within the company.
The interview focused on three main areas:
Product Vision – I pitched an AI-powered time management assistant that integrates with Google Calendar and Gmail, designed to help users structure their day more effectively using behavioral data and adaptive suggestions.
Leadership & Strategy – I was asked how I would build a cross-functional team, manage uncertainty in the early stages of the product, and secure internal buy-in.
Go-to-Market Thinking – We discussed how to validate the idea quickly, reach early adopters, and scale sustainably if proven successful.
