The process began with a positive and well-organized recruiter screening. However, the subsequent interview with the hiring manager was disappointing. Hiring Manager Interview: The hiring manager interview began abruptly with a rapid-fire series of questions, leaving little room for a natural conversation or for me to elaborate on my experiences. I felt there was a lack of effort to create a comfortable and engaging interview environment; the interaction felt very one-sided. During my responses, the interviewer yawned multiple times, which conveyed a lack of engagement and interest in what I was sharing. This unprofessional behavior made me feel my time was not valued. The format of the interview resembled a 'viva' with a barrage of questions and minimal opportunity for in-depth discussion or for me to ask meaningful questions. The interviewer question did not align with the job responsibilities he was expecting while working as TPM Advice for Other Candidates: Based on my experience with the hiring manager, be prepared for a potentially disengaged and one-sided interview.

Two process interview. was not clear. first interview with recruiter which thought it will go well. second with Hiring manager which was not clear what was asked or needed. Not sure why went through this.
