First with Hiring manager to understand expertise and culture fit within the wider team and org.
Second with pod lead / team mate to understand your competencies and specific experience to date based on expected deliverables and role responsibilities.

We love a creative side, can you tell me about a time when you have been innovative? What were you solving for? How did you go about doing it? What challenges did you face and how did you manage them ?
It was several interviews with gaps between, I loved this experience but before I already worked in Google so it was familiar. The interviewer was nice and process went smoothly

All around your experience in your professional field
Honestly worst interview experience I have ever had sadly. Interviewer showed up late, asked 3 questions and then left early. I prepped for about a week for this interview and did not hear back until 2 weeks later about results, asked the recruiter for feedback he told me it was all positive and that we could hop on a call to discuss but he never got back to me.

How do you utilize AI in your marketing work today?
Difficult with total of six to seven rounds including technical and personality fit. Was not offered in the end, but it was great to meet the hiring managers and recruiter was supportive throughout the hiring process and very communicative with regular updates
