I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Google
Interview
My experience with google was pretty bad, the entire process was very hard to navigate through since there was hardly any communication from their end. Post the HR call, we agreed on a time and date for the first round, it was a 45 min round, I waited for 30 mins on the provided link and nobody showed up! I informed the scheduling team about this, it took them a couple of weeks to figure out a new slot, this time as well the interviewer was 10-15 mins late to the call and was having a meal during the interview process! Anyway we did complete the 45 min round and there was no communication post this even after multiple follow-ups, I got to know from the status updated on the portal that I have not been selected.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
