I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
1. Standard phone screen with HR where they asked me about compensation expectations and asked a few soft skill questions.
2. Two :45 interviews with members of the org I would be joining. The questions were a mix of behavioral and open-ended.
3. Formal interview with hiring manager. The questions here were also behavioral/open-ended, as well as more tactical as it related to the specific role.
