The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Average interview
Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google in Dec 2021
Interview
First: Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn about open Position
Second: Scheduled a Recruiter Interview (Background Check, explained position, asked questions about current job and a different Recruiter gave me an Interview Coaching)
Then: Interview Panel with 4 different Interviewers all the same day
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain Google ads for dummies?
Why do you want to work at Google?
How would you increase sales and productivity by 20% if you were the account manager consisting of over 150 SM businesses?
When did you influenced someone in a senior positon?
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
