I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interviewing process was very thought out and thorough. It took about 8 weeks between the initial outreach by a recruiter, to receiving my offer. The waiting is honestly the hardest part. Every person that I spoke with (about 6 people) were all very nice and honest about the expectations of the role, and what they were looking for.

Question 1
Unable to discuss as I signed an NDA to not discuss the questions I was asked
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
