Had a brief review with HR who went over my experience and detailed the role, the team structure, the compensation range and the process. Was very informative and transparent.
Followed by another 3 interviews by the hiring manager and other managers in the org.

'Say I'm an advertiser working with Meta, and I'm telling you I'm happy to way things are and not interested in Google Ads - what to you respond to that?'
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.

Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
