Had a phone interview that resolved around situational questions. It was meant to test your communication and problem solving skills. All in all, a pretty standard question set that you'd expect from Google, if you do your research.
The recruiter is good but the interviewer is too subjective. I certainly have lots of things need to improve but I do think that this process would waste time and lose candidates.
