Google Associate Product Marketing Manager interview questions

Great support from the recruitment team. First interview was a cognitive abilities test. Still not sure what that means. Questions were straightforward about myself, the position, and the company. Lasted 30 minutes.

1. Phone screening with a recruiter, asking motivations for working at Google 2. A second phone screening with another recruiter, asking CV related questions 3. Onsite interview with a hiring manager 4. Received a phone call 2 weeks later saying that I wasn't fit for the role
