4-6 weeks process. Have not heard back and it's been 4 weeks.
1. Telephone interview with a recruiter. Very short and pleasant. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask questions to this recruiter
2. Second interview was with 2 ABP at the same day. One was very hard and technical. The other was a pleasant conversation

The recruiter phone call went well, but on the the day of the call my original recruiter had a personal issue and i ended up having to do with another recruiter. She was awesome, but i feel like the communication between them wasnt the best after that. I had to keep reaching out to be able to know more about the next steps. about 3 weeks after i moved on to the 2 rounds of 30min phone call with other ABP's, i think that went well, very fast. After that the recruiter completely ghosted me, I reached out after 2, 3 and 4 weeks and never got a reply.

2) ABP round- one of the ABP took my interview and asked below questions 1. How many leaders u are supporting? 2. How do you manage if you have to cancel an EVENT scheduled at a different country for 29 people due to some unforeseen situation, how do u communicate to the stakeholders?? 3. How do u handle different timezone calendar, What are the protocols u follow? How do you measure success? What do you do interms of boosting team strength and strategy?
