Gold's Gym interview questions

Fairly simple and laid back. Was asked questions about 5 year goals, what made me want to ever become a trainer, personal interest questions, etc. I was told they would get back to me in the next few days, but actually I heard that same day. I was offered the job and I took it.

Normally the interview are being conducted at the specific location only where vacancies are available. Company has online registration facility as well for applying in Gold's Gym India's any branch & franchisee. One can enrol on its website www.goldsgymindia.com & the information will be passed on to the concerned branch or franchisee. Then that concerned branch or franchisee will contact the candidate if they have the requirement in thier respecitve location. Candidates then have to fill in the employment application form which includes the details related to his personal information, professional qualification, previous employment history & professional refrerences. Employment application form is then assesed by the unit's Head & then the personal interview process is initiated if the candidature of the candidate is found suitable from the details given in Application form.
