Hiring process was of a good experience a little misleading to the effect that I was under the assumption that this was to be a managers position. It turned out to be more of an sales persons position and to include that role of being the facilities fitness manager...

Lengthy hiring process. Apply online, take series of tests, and wait for management to contact you. Straight forward interview with the usual type questions. For example, "What do you know about Gold's Gym?" and "Why do you want to work at Gold's Gym?"
