I applied online. I interviewed at Gold's Gym (Killeen, TX)
Interview
The interview was very candid and informative. The interviewer offered great insight on what the position would entail and the culture facility and geographic location. The expectations of the individual that would be hired were clear and to the point. We interview was conducted in the cycling room which was a nice change of pace and then migrated to the office area.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I asked if I would be willing to relocate and how I felt about being considered for other positions. This shocked me because I didn't know that the interview was a talent sprout meeting. However, I welcomed the variety of questions because it gave insight and offered a broader view of the fitness community.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gold's Gym in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied for the Front Desk Associate position online and received a phone call from the Operations Manager requesting to setup an interview just 3 days later. My interview was scheduled for 4 days later, so from the time I submitted an application to the time I went in for the interview was just 1 week. The interview with the Operations Manager lasted approximately 45 minutes with about 20 questions asked. The majority of the questions were "tell me about/give me an example of a time when..." I was offered the position at the conclusion of the interview.
Give an example of a time when your integrity was questioned. What was the result and what would you do differently? (There were several "tell me about a time when..." questions)
