in person interview with personality assessment prior too. Was with operations manager, the Gyms General Manager normally only deals with the Sales/Fitness trainers. so it was only a one on one interview. the only thing that took forever was for them to process my background check.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gold's Gym (Winston-Salem, NC) in Oct 2014
Interview
I visited the gym on my own and decided to drop off my resume as I was looking for a new job as a personal trainer. While there, I spoke with a manager and we had an informal interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gold's Gym (Knoxville, TN) in Jun 2016
Interview
I had to create an account with the website and complete an online application. Within a week or so, I was able to get a call from the manager to schedule an interview date. I arrived for the interview a week later and immediately greeted by the manager. He took me to his office and simply went through my application and asked me questions about my experience and qualifications for this job. He also very clearly laid out the aspects of the job such as the flexibility, pay, and benefits.
