Easy, just express yourself. Be passionate and show a desire to work hard. Also be VERY friendly, that is a must. They dont ask much because they know they dont expect much for this position. Just give them the idea that you will work hard and will put in the hours. Thats all they care to hear.

Very relaxed. Be yourself and have a positive attitude, they just want to see a reflection of the attitude you'll have when teaching. After the interview, they will most likely ask you to do a short demo of your class with them.
