After a quiz concerning the specific topics that we wanted to teach (in my case math) there was a short interview with a presentation in which we were asked to talk about ourselves then we were asked a question about that could be general or related to out topic

Why is math important?
Math test and group interview call. The math test was quite challenging and the interviewer interviewed each person one by one after a brief introduction. Questions linking to previous experience and education as the main focus.
You have to send a video in which you try to explain a Math topic. If you are selected you have to perform an online test of 20/30 minutes with 10 questions on calculus topics such as integrals, limits, derivatives, functions. After that is mandatory to participate to a kickoff meeting
A group interview (10+ people) with one or two questions on your method of teaching and ways to interact with tutees. The interview was no stress at all, just be yourself.
