The job description vs what the Hiring Manager described during the second interview were very different - super misleading, and for many applicants most likely a waste of their time. When asked about the team and this role, the Hiring Manager said that "without giving too many details" they were putting together a complete new team in this department which sounded like a red flag and clearly not the best place to work in, He also clearly didn't even look at my CV as he had no idea about where I'm currently based/my current role/experience.
