One of my worst experiences. I had a 30 min technical interview, the manager didn't even bother to show up to the interview until 23 min later ( when i sent her an email asking her if it's still on or not). When we started the interview, it was clear that she wasn't prepared or anything her questions were random. And the job description had nothing to do with the actual tasks that the brands associate does lol. A complete mess and waste of time. I'm disappointed.

The first interview is very simple with People and talent team, just talking about yourself, answering some questions about your journey and career. Very straightforward interview and questions with nice people and then they describe the role and company culture
