I’ve received the rejection email from Glovo, I have to admit that I wasn’t my best performance as I was nervous and some of my questions were vague, so I can understand the decision. Nevertheless, I would like to express my opinion regarding the process, taking into account I also work on recruitment, and I think there's room for improvement. - It was complicated to set up the interview, they asked to provide my availability twice, giving me the impression I’m not important for the process. - They interviewee arrived 5 minutes late without even apologizing. - Theintroduction was vague and the interviewer didn't have a nice icebreaker or an explanation about the company and the role itself. - On some occasions, I feel like the interviewer wasn't paying attention to me, they looked distracted. - The interview took only 15 minutes, I felt that I was interviewed just because. Conclusion: I had a terrible experience being interviewed by Glovo, and after this, I have a bad perception of the company, I can firmly say, Glovo doesn't care about the candidate's experience.
