Worst hiring process I ever experienced. Chaos, lack of communication and lack of professionalism.
I had:
- Interview with HR
- Technical interview with a senior data analyst
Then, take home exercise. 4 questions about SQL, python, AB test.
After the take home exercise, I have been told that they forgot I had to do another test first.
Then they told me that it was not required anymore, and that I have been “moved to a different pipeline”.
- Another interview, that I was told to be based on the home exercise. Not even a question was asked about that. It was again a technical interview
- Interview with the product manager
- Last interview (I was told it was a cultural fit interview). It wasn’t only cultural fit, there was still a technical part that I didn’t expect
Then I received an email from HR saying they had good news, they called and the offer was almost 30% lower than I what I asked!
The whole process lasted 2 months. I invested a lot of time (5 steps + take home exercise), lot of energies and hopes. The cherry on the top was the email saying ”good news” and receiving an offer that was ridiculous even for an entry level.

You receive an email with an online assessment test. Very easy, two coding SQL questions. Then if you pass you have the recruiter interview, again you receive an email for scheduling this additional interview.

I got this technical interview immediately after the HR interview . it was basic question about statistics and AB testing. the interviewer was a junior manager and he was helpful and clear .
