Anyone interviewing for Glovo should keep their expectations at the minimum possible, as seemingly the priorities in the company change fast and many processes freeze due to internal reshuffle.
After making it past the panel (business case I invested a whole weekend in) and being told I'd have the culture fit interview scheduled, they gave a vague explanation that the process didn't go forward.
They said they would call me to explain. Apparently, the HR person could not make contact with my phone, I gave her another number, but she never tried again.
To this day I don't know if they changed their mind about me or the process froze indeed, but I would really have liked to have details.
They send you later a questionnaire about your interview experience. I feel investing 5 min in a phone call (and try more than once if the call does not go through) would improve this experience much more.
The process steps were:
-Technical assessments (online), logical competencies test including excel test
-Screening by HR, this is just a chat about your career path and the position
-Hiring manager interview
-Panel interview with 3 people
-Culture fit interview
