5 Stages, HR Screen, Analytics test, Senior manager interview (Technical)1, Senior manager (Technical) 2, Business Case. Analytics test is timed, Similar to a highschool mathematics/logics test. Interview with HR is fairly straight-foward, usual questions (Tell me about you, your experience etc). Overall I scored this as a negative due to the timing. Large periods without any contact with HR, or the hiring manager, left wondering whether i had progressed and having to chase myself.

Automatic test about high school math, excel questions like "what happens when you drag the bottom right square in a cell", really? is that a skill you need to test for a senior position?
