Applied online. 5 days latter got an email asking for availability for the first interview. Talked with a recruiter for 30 minutes, with the usual questions such as explaining job experience, background as well as giving an overview of the company and interview process. Right away they sent the technical challenge to be done during the week. Takes a whole day to do (8-10 hours). 9 days after sending in the code challenge got feedback about it, with both good and back feedback. Most of the feedback is fair, but I wish we could have had a discussion about some negative feedback points I don't agree with.
