An extremely disorganized process, with interviews conducted by people who were extremely junior even more junior than the person being recruited for the position. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and did not make me want to join the company.

Poor Interview process and need to rework fair compensation plans. Why would someone ever leave their existing role for Glovo with an offer of half the pay selling a "you will learn alot" story...

Interview
It was a fast and easy to follow interview process. They started with a personality test and then cognitive assessment. After the assessment, I received a task with a 5 day submission deadline. This was followed by the panel interview and then a face to face meeting with the general manager.
Once all processes were successfully completed, I received an offer from HR.
