The interview was conducted online with a member of the team and lasted around 30–40 minutes. The format was quite informal but focused heavily on analytical thinking. After a brief introduction and some questions about my background and interest in the role, the interviewer moved into standard interview questions, brain teasers and quick mental maths questions. These were designed to test logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and how comfortable you are working with numbers under time pressure.
