Improve overall interview process. Technical Panel has taken around 2-3 hours on the technical discussion. It like a coding challenge and iOS concepts. After getting positive feedback from the pannel candidate expecting feedback call from HR. But HR never shares the feedback. It is just like wasting out 2-3 hours for each rounds.

I decline the offer just because they don't have a budget to pay for employee
