Interview
It is divided in three interviews, first they evaluate your English level, second there is a kind of psychological interview followed by questions about what you know, finally comes the technical interview based on what is requiring the job's position.

it was easy, mostly basic java questions related to java 8 and java 21. 2 interviews plus the one with HR. They asked me for my salary expectation but it seemed to be too much for the role at Globant.

El proceso empieza con personal de recursos humanos principalmente para conocerte y evaluar tu nivel de inglés preguntas sencillas, posteriormente pasas con equipo técnico donde si o si en el caso de java tendrás preguntas sobre estructuras de datos y java collections

Bad. Didn’t speak english. Didn’t answer me for 7 day. Talk to me with a web page. And read all the time. I don’t like it. I asked text about resposabilities he said yes, but did nothing
