Glencore interview questions

The interview process was relatively straightforward. Involved 3 stages (1st competency questions with smart global, assessment centre and Glencore interview). The 1st interview was with two people from Smart Global consulting company and the 2nd involved a trading simulation assessment.

First-round with HR. Then a series of interviews with the team members(manager, VP and other traders). the final round was a case study, where I had to prepared material on potential trading opportunities.
