Got 2 rounds of interviews, it's ok, not hard questions. You may be prepared for questions about your CV and your experience and what roles you are expecting etc.. However, seems like they do not hire graduates to trade immediately

More focused on personality than academics
Kept asking about dealing with corrupt supervisors and if I would report suspected fraud. They wasted no time asking if I speak Afrikaans.

Outsourced first interview followed by assessment day and final interviews at Glencore Hq. Similar questions asked at all three stages, few brain teasers here and there. Assessment center includes trading simulation and negotiation exercise.
